Articulate quizmaker trial crack

A department want to look at using at my suggestion Quizmaker to help with competency assessments. Whatever they create I would like to keep though, even when the trial expires. Will I be able to do this?

Will their content always then be OK to amend and publish if I do this? Situation: you download a trial version of Quizmaker, create some righteous content, and then the trial version ends.
