TESA Pre School and VPK program provides the students with a small class setting allowing them to receive more one on one attention and provide extra assistance where needed. Our lead teacher has 8 years of teaching experience, a Child Development Associates certification and is bilingual.

Spanish is incorporated in the daily lessons to help further their knowledge and communication. Being a sports academy, we explore many mainstream sports and introduce the basic fundamentals and rules of the game.

The students not only get free play in the playground but they learn how to be a team player from the many sports and recreational games that are played. Our curriculum allows the students to learn writing, reading, beginning algebra, beginning geometry, beginning addition and subtraction.

The students get to explore their creativeness through dramatic play and explore many different avenues of art. Together, we will achieve our goals and have each child ready to take on kindergarten. Allergies and substitutions are taken very seriously, we have the capability to find an alternative food approved by the program, and distribute if necessary.

To help achieve this goal, there are several policies regarding meals that child care providers must meet when participating in the CCFP. Child care providers must ensure that each meal served to children contains, at minimum, each of the food components in the amounts indicated for the appropriate age group as stated in the CCFP Meal Pattern Children.

The program has no income requirements or restrictions. The program is available to children who reside in Florida and will be eligible for kindergarten the following fall 5 on or before September 1. The VPK program is offered through the public school system as well as through private providers throughout the state of Florida.
