The Digital Strategy sets out the framework for delivering customer-centred, digitally-powered City services and identifies a number of digital initiatives that should be actioned. The development of the Strategy was informed though a collaborative approach that included input from all City Divisions, committees of council Community Communications , Accessibility Advisory , members of City Council, the Executive Management Team , various external stakeholder sand the Public through the get involved engagement platform.
We are embracing our digital world and developing a digital strategy for the City of Thunder Bay. The Digital Strategy is all about how we can use technology to make our community work better in the digital age. Perry Group Consulting has been employed by the City to take-on this work and develop our roadmap to transform service delivery and City processes for you, our residents.

We invited you to participate in our virtual focus group as we discuss how the City can use technology to improve the quality of life for the residents of Thunder Bay.
