Browse through the PlayStation Store's library of downloaded video game demos until you find one you'd like to download. Select the demo and choose the Add to Cart option to add it to your account Shopping Cart. If you'd like to download multiple items, continue to browse the PlayStation Store, if not then you can select the Download option instead.

To sort demos by device, scroll down and click your PlayStation's box e. Click Try Free Demo. It's just below your selected game's icon. Click Confirm Purchase. This option is on the right side of the page. You're not paying for this demo, of course--this is just to confirm that you want to download it to your PS3 or PS4. Click Download to your PS. This option is in the bottom-right side of the page under the "Your New Content" heading. Clicking this button will prompt the demo to begin downloading to your PS3 or PS4.

If your PlayStation is on and you're signed into your PSN account on it, you'll see a notification window pop up on your TV alerting you that the download has started.
