Articulate presenter was unable to open project file

As you specified in the artcile above, I delete or rename the ppta file Now the presentation opens fine, but my quizzes and interactions simply won't open. When I reinsert them I get the same error most of the time, though it has worked in the past.

Are you working on local files as Ashley shared above? What version of Studio are you utilizing? Presenter unable to open project file By Jesse Carleton. I create a presentation using presenter, engage and quizemaker. I store the files on an external hard drive.

My co-worker takes that external hard drive and opens the presentations I created and records the narration. She uses her computer. When she is finished, I take the external hard drive and attempt to open the files on my computer. That is when I get the message "Presenter was unable to open project file. We both have the same version of PowerPoint and both have Articulate Thanks for any help Jesse.

Hi Jesse, It's likely due to working off the external hard drive, as we recommend working on local project files as described here. Thank you, I'll try that. Thanks Jesse. I get the same error when I try to create the articulate package.
